Tradition has always been linked to the name of Alabádos and recently the restaurant has transformed through inspiration and evolution. Guests have the option to choose 4 or 5 course menus, and each one is better than the other. We tried the ‘Tradition and Inspiration’ menu. Csaba Sajben is a young and highly talented chef responsible for creating flavorful food using quality ingredients. The most memorable dish we ate was the cherry gazpacho with burrata, duck breast with a side of carrots, rabbit terrine with duck liver and tarragon foam and lastly, berry mousse with exotic sorbet made of pistachios and basil. On the tables were carefully placed Herendi and Zsolnai porcelain and the inner terrace in the courtyard positioned between the medieval arches was stunning!
