On June 1-3, the Károlyi Mansion hosts the 14th edition of the annual Contemporary European Horticulture and Art of Garden Show, which traditionally include a beautiful flower expo at the mansion's park and courtyard, in addition to a conference, which this year presents lectures in the following topics:
- Flowers
- Water flowers
- The flower clock
- Medicinal plants in gardens, forests and open fields
- Compost preparation demonstration
- Ecological advices, water analysis
- Ecological footprint calculation
Guest countries this year are Austria and Bulgaria. As usual, the most beautiful stand will be awarded a prize, sponsored by the Joseph Károlyi Foundation and the Hungarian Balassi Institute, Paris. Guests are invited to take a guided botanical walk in the park. The Garden Show is complete with a number of family programs and concerts by the Alba Regia Symphonic Orchestra.
