Best of Budapest & Hungary

365 specialty cheeses from all over the world will be presented on October 28th in the ballroom of the Budapest Hilton (Castle). All countries with a prominent cheese industry will be present with their best selection.

The cheeses of 20 European countries with an important cheese industry, along with specialties of the United States, will be presented at the Szega Market 1st Multi-National Festival of Cheese. For example, France will have more than 100 cheeses represented. During the unlimited cheese tastings, the organizers are preparing programs and professional presentations on different cheese-related themes and in a ceremonial setting, Roland Barthelemy, the world's most well-known and well respected cheese ‘knight’ will form Hungary's first Cheese Guild.

To accompany the cheeses, there will be Hungarian wines to taste, thereby rounding out the perfect gastronomic pairing.
