The chefs of ÉS Bisztró are contributing to the celebration of Easter by preparing traditional and gourmet Easter dishes from 1 to 6 April for takeaway. These include Rillette from rabbit with truffle; Cold-served cooked Easter ham, served with horseradish cream; Pressed terrine of rabbit and goose liver apricot chutney; and Honey-roasted carrots with fresh goat cheese and aged Mangalica ham.
If anyone misses the chance to order gourmet boxes full of delicacies 48 hours before the scheduled takeaway, they can still drop by ÉS Deli and choose from mouth-watering Easter snacks, sandwiches and sweets.
