Six hours of free mega-concerts with local stars, emerging talents and music together – that's what those interested can expect at downtown Szabadság Square in Budapest on October 8.

The Yettel Stage platform has brought together established musicians with bands at the beginning of their careers to give a boost to newcomers, with the support of the ‘big names’.

The initiative is unique in that, on the one hand, a local star promotes his or her protégé by performing with the band they have supported, and on the other, the request was to choose a band as a mentor with whom they share a region or even a city.

"With the Yettel Stage music platform, we want to show the power of telecommunications by connecting talent with fame and digitalization with the magic of meeting in person. This is the same aim of our newly launched collaboration with the Aquarium Club. It's Budapest's iconic cultural venue, where, in addition to our excellent mobile network, we are helping to take the visitor experience to the next level by providing free wifi and mobile charging stations as a sponsor," according to Gergely Dolezsai, Brand and Marketing Communications Director at mobile communications company Yettel.

The aim of the music platform is therefore to help talented performers gain national exposure through the experience of digital tools and experienced music creators. And this music platform will culminate at the free Yettel Stage 5G Concert.
