The philosophy of Farm to Table means a lot for us. The search phase was a pilgrimage, as all our suppliers are those farmers, who live their lives and get the best out of the land paying attention to the rhythm of the nature. We formed a very personal relationship with them. We regularly check them and the visits are reciprocal. We host our producers on a regular basis.

Our visitors are invited to discover the delicious tastes of award-winning lamb from Kelemér, fresh and tasteful vegetables, fruits from Dunaalmás, special goat-cheese from the Őrség, and many more that Hungary’s rich and multifarious lands yield and the farmers bring from their farms to our table.
