With over 30 years of professional experience, Lajos Lutz has been appointed Executive Chef of Párisi Udvar Hotel Budapest and Párisi Passage Café & Brasserie, as of July.
The Executive Chef is a member of the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy and has played a major role in Hungarian gastronomy over the years by gracing the kitchens of Mágnáskert, Gundel when operated by Kálmán Kalla, Pierrot and 21 A Magyar Vendéglő. “I am filled with excitement as I begin this journey. Satisfying the demands of a hotel is a serious challenge, but I am delighted to be here and I cannot wait for the restaurant to open its doors once again,” said Lajos Lutz. Párisi Passage Brasserie welcomes guests from July 8.
