Best of Budapest & Hungary

There seems to be a tremendous demand in the countryside these days for quality street food, yet outside of Budapest there is still very little street food available.

According to the Hungarian Street Food Association, there have been some attempts at the hamburger market, but overall, the revolution is much slower than it was in Budapest. The situation is constantly improving due in part to the food truck caravans that are part of the Food Truck Show, who are increasingly being invited by several rural towns each year to their various events. Their success is also good for local merchants, as it is apparent from the interested crowds that there is indeed a demand for quality street food in rural towns and cities.
