Skillet is one of the most successful rock bands of the 21st century. Now with 12 albums to their name, the band is no stranger to Hungarian fans, having last played at Barba Negra in 2023, and now they're back with their latest album Revolution on 10th June, this time at Budapest Park.
Skillet is a real success story: formed in 1996, the band has released 12 albums, two of which have been nominated for Grammy Awards, two have gone platinum and double platinum, and two have gone gold. Their songs have been featured in Marvel movies, WWE and NFL promotions. The Memphis-based Christian hard-rock band is also a hard-working band, with a lot on the road: they earned the title of one of the five hardest working bands in Songkick's 2010 list. Thanks to this, John Cooper, Korey Cooper, Jen Ledger and Seth Morrison have made several trips to our country too, always with memorable shows.
The last time they were at the Barba Negra was in 2023 with their album Dominion. Now they will perform the songs from their newest album, Revolution, released last November, at their biggest ever headline show in Hungary, at Budapest Park on 10th June, presented by Live Nation.
Tickets for the concert will be available first to registered Live Nation members on 19th February from 10am. Full ticket sales will go on sale at 10am on 21st February.
