His Valentine's Day menu is not just a gastronomic journey, but an experience created especially for lovers. The menu combines sophisticated flavours and Spago's world-renowned style. In keeping with the motto "Better in Pairs", the welcome bites are prepared with secret ingredients that will awaken not only a sense of taste, but also a sense of adventure for each other. Throughout the evening, guests can choose from dishes such as the swordfish ceviche, which comes with mango salsa, fennel, pomegranate and coriander, or the saffron duck paella, which emphasises the joy of sharing, served with duck liver, hearts, leg and quail egg. But we can also opt for butter poached turbot with quinoa tabbouleh, citrus cream and rosepepper, and chocolate fondue for dessert.
