Once upon a time there were two brothers, Szabolcs and Szilárd Dudás. The two Italians of Encs. They both worked in Italy as headwaiter and chef, and they both liked it. Time passed and after a 2.5 year detour in New York, they thought it was time to return home. They started small with a corner bar, then a corner pizzeria, and then Anyukám Mondta restaurant. Now the brothers and their restaurant are like a good decade-old wine. They did not fall apart, time has been good to them, they are continuosly improving and they still have plenty of potential.
