Costes restaurant opened in the summer of 2008. In 2010 it was awarded a Michelin star - the first ever in Hungary - and has maintained this status since being awarded. From 2015 the daily work is organized by Chef Eszter Palágyi. The continuous success of Costes is credited to the fact that they always prioritized exceptional quality. When it comes to ingredients, techniques and to hire great employees, they have always been true to their concept of „quality gastronomy without compromises”. Costes is welcoming gastronomy lovers from Wednesday to Sunday at dinnertime. Due to high demand and our limited capacity, reservation is highly recommended.
